Once you know how to break down your offer into specific ‘real problems you solve’, then uncover symptom level pains (behind those pains hundreds of ideal clients) then use a transition to make them problem aware and say
“wow no one has ever explained it like that before - what’s next, how can I pay”
Then…and only then do you have my permission to learn how to scale.
This is when you get to come back to trying new tactics.
